Returns and Refunds

  • Return request to be forwarded to shop.ottokidsboutique@gmail.com within 14 working days of receiving the products in question.
  • Please specify in the return request: order number, how many and which products you intend to return (in the event that the order consists of multiple items) and reason for the return.
  • The product to be returned must reach Otto Kids' Boutique within 10 days of acceptance of the return request, with reference to the date of delivery to the post office or courier.
  • Delivery costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The refund will be made by Otto Kids' Boutique within 14 days from the date on which the correct execution of your right of withdrawal is verified and the returned products are verified.

 

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need for explanations and without any penalty, according to the terms and methods set out in the following articles.

To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article, the Customer must send Otto Kids' Boutique a notice of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the products in relation to which this right is claimed. The customer must send an email to shop.ottokidsboutique@gmail.com communicating the desire to make the return. The communication must contain the order number, which and how many products you want to return in the event that the order is composed of multiple items, and the customer must also specify the reason. Customer care will process the return request and will send the necessary information and the address where to send the goods.

The product to be returned must reach Otto Kids' Boutique within 10 days of receiving the aforementioned authorization to return the goods. For this purpose, reference will be made to the date of delivery to the post office or courier.

The purchased Product must be returned unused with the Otto Kids' Boutique brand and labels and in its original packaging (including original packaging and boxes as well as any other accessories such as, for example, dust bags, hangers and protective bags). In any case, no tags or adhesive tape must be placed directly on the original packaging of the Product.

The delivery costs resulting from the return of the products will be borne by the customer; the costs of delivery to the customer, as well as any other additional costs and / or taxes indicated at the time of the order will not be refunded.

The Customer will be solely responsible for delivery until the goods arrive at Otto Kids' Boutique and a receipt is issued certifying the arrival of the products at the warehouse (if provided by the courier chosen by the customer).

If the order concerns more than one product, it will be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to one or more of the products ordered, specifying in the withdrawal communication, referred to in the previous article, the description of the products to be returned.

Otto Kids' Boutique will not be responsible in any case for damage or theft / loss of products during shipment by the customer.

Refund times and methods

Whatever the payment method used by you, the refund due, whether full or partial, is activated by the Seller, as quickly as possible and in any case within (14) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, after verifying the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and checking the returned products.


The Seller will refund using the same means of payment you used to purchase the returned products, unless you have expressly agreed with the Seller to use a different means of payment and provided that you do not incur any additional costs as a consequence of the refund. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order proposal and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be made by the Seller, in any case, to the person who made the payment.

 We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit; consequently you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
