Shipping and delivery of products

Otto Kids' Boutique ships to Italy at a shipping cost of 10 euros .

Shipping is FREE for orders over 50 euros!

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and total value of your order. Your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated, such as during holidays or peak periods such as during sales). Estimated delivery time varies between 3 and 5 working days and should be used as a guide only and is calculated when your order has been dispatched from our store.

As regards in-store collection , during the periods in which it is active, the methods are as follows:

the order will be ready for collection at the office from 12pm on the Thursday following payment and it will be possible to collect it within, and no later than, the following 5 working days by showing the order confirmation.

The risks relating to the products will pass to the buyer from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products is considered acquired as soon as full payment of all amounts due in relation to the same, including shipping costs, is received, or at the moment of delivery, if this occurs at a later time.
